There are two ways to view a Learners Off The Job Activity.
Timesheet
The date and time that the last Off The Job Activity was completed is now shown in the Timesheet page of the Learners portfolio.
The Last OTJ Activity date is the date and time from when the last OTJ activity ended.
This does not include any OTJ Activity dates that are in the future.
The Last OTJ Activity date is shown on both Learners who were created before and after 1st Aug 2022.
Portfolio
On the Learners portfolio, the Last OTJ Activity Date and the days since the activity is now displayed.
A banner is shown at the top of the Learners portfolio when they are on a break in learning. Click onto the banner will take the user to the break in learning details
