User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Assessors
- Trainee Assessors
- Learners
There may be times where evidence captured on the Eportfolio app is larger than your centres upload limit. You can extract the file from the app by following the steps below:
- Log into the app
- Navigate to the evidence in question
- Tap and hold on the evidence for 3 to 5 seconds until a blue tick appears over the evidence file
- Tap Share
- Select the 3rd party software you'd like to save the file to
You can then either share a link from the 3rd party app to the evidence area on the learners eportfolio, zip the file into a smaller size or split any video files. Please reach out to your IT support team for further help with editing or zipping files.
