Set Interaction Occurrences

Overview

This article explains how Admin users can set scheduled occurrences for Interaction Templates. Scheduling allows messages to be sent automatically based on the frequency you choose, helping streamline regular communications within your centre.

Permissions

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Admin

Steps

  1. Click Interactions from the main menu.
  2. Click Templates.
  3. Click the three dots next to the template you want to schedule.
  4. Click Schedule.
  5. Set the occurrence you require (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly, custom).
  6. Click Activate Template to enable the schedule.

Tips & Notes

  • Only templates that have been created and saved can be scheduled.
  • Ensure the occurrence timing does not conflict with other automated communications.
  • Scheduled templates must remain active for the automation to run.
