Overview
The Users section enables administrators to set up and manage user accounts, control access permissions, and maintain user information within the system.
| User Role | Feature |
| Admin | Users with full access to the software. Admins can configure workflows, manage system settings, and create interactions. |
| User | Users with access to their assigned learners. They can view learner information and complete tasks relating to their learners. |
Key Functions available
| Action | Description | Available to |
| Import Users | Allows users to import user accounts from another OF product. This ensures the records are linked across products. | Admin |
| Create Users | This option should be used for any users who do not have an E-Portfolio account. | Admin |
| View | Displays user details, sub-users (if applicable), and assigned learners | Admin/User |
| Edit | Allows users to update their personal details. The email address cannot be changed. | Admin/User(only own record) |
| Archive | This marks a user as inactive and removes them from the active lists. | Admin |
| Delete | This permanently deletes a user from the system | Admin |
| Assign Users | This creates the user hierarchy. | Admin |
