Overview
Admin can import Employer records from Enrol to reduce manual data entry and ensue Employer information is consistent.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Admin
Steps to import Employer records from Enrol
- Click Employers from the left menu
- Click Import employers
- Select Enrolment from drop down
- Select the organisation type that the employers will be imported as. (If the Employer is a Branch this will need to select a registered office)
- Click Import employers
✅ Tip: Merge Selected – this will enable multiple employers in Enrol to be combined into one in Onboarding.
