Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday 19th November 2025 7am - 7:30am

On Wednesday, 19th November 2025, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Please note that there will be a brief service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

When will a qualification I've approved go Live?

Once we receive confirmation that you've checked a qualification on the Practice area, a member of the team will process your approval.

If it's a brand new qualification we've built, it will be uploaded to the Live Server between 5pm and 9am Monday to Friday.

If the qualification already exists on the live server, we'll get round to it as soon as possible, often within 4 working hours.
