Overview
Once you have confirmed that a qualification has been reviewed and approved in the Practice area, the Onefile Qualifications Team will process your approval and prepare the qualification for release to the Live server.
Go‑Live Timeframes
Brand New Qualifications
If the qualification is newly built by Onefile, it will be uploaded to the Live server between 5pm and 9am, Monday to Friday.
This ensures the release does not impact customers currently working on the system.
Existing Qualifications
If the qualification already exists on the Live server it will usually be made live within 4 working hours.
Tips & Notes
- You will receive confirmation once your qualification is live and ready to use.
- Approvals are processed manually by the Qualifications Team, so timeframes may adjust slightly during peak periods.
- Ensure all content has been reviewed thoroughly before approval to avoid delays.
