Overview
When you request a qualification that is not already available in Onefile’s database, our Qualifications Team converts PDFs, webpages, and specification content into a format compatible with Onefile Eportfolio. Each request is added to a shared workload and processed on a first‑come, first‑serve basis.
Our Process
The time required to build a new qualification depends on:
- The size and complexity of the qualification
- The number of requests ahead of yours
- The estimated build time (varies per qualification)
Example:
If the current workload contains 20 working days of qualification builds, and your requested qualification requires 3 working days to complete, the estimated turnaround time would be 23 working days.
Onefile’s SLA for providing new qualifications is 30 working days, but we typically deliver ahead of this target.
Fast Track Service
If you need your qualification sooner, Onefile offers a Fast Track Service that prioritises your request—similar to a queue‑jump system.

To request the Fast Track service, please inform the Qualifications Team when submitting your request, or add a note within the qualification request portal.
