Enable the Review icon for a learner

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Internal Quality Assurer with permission
  • Assessor with permission

  Permissions

Can manage learner accounts

 To enable Review icon by following the steps below:

  1. Click Users in the navigation menu
  2. Click Learner Episodes
  3. Search for and locate the learner
  4. Click Episode tab 
  5. Tick the Tick here to use reviews for this learner checkbox
  6. Click Save

 To ensure new Learners are automatically reviewable, follow the below steps as the Centre Manager:

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click Settings 
  3. Scroll to Miscellaneous 
  4. Tick the Automatically enable progress reviews for new learners checkbox
  5. Click Save

Once these steps have been completed, the review Icon will be visible within the learner's portfolio.
