Overview
Centre Managers can create custom Review Types to support different styles of progress reviews, employer reviews, or programme‑specific check‑ins. These Review Types appear when creating reviews within Onefile Eportfolio and help Centres structure review activity consistently.

Steps
How to Create Review Types
- Click Centre on the left-hand navigation bar.
- Click Look-up Tables.
- Select Review Types.
- Click Create Review Type.
- Add the Review Type Name.
- Click Create Type to save.
Tips & Notes
- Create clear and descriptive names so staff know which type of review to select.
- Review Types help streamline reporting and standardise learner review activity.
- Review Types can be edited or deleted at any time from the same menu.
