User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
Written Question Banks created by an Assessor can be made accessible to all other Assessors on the centre by promoting them.
To promote written questions, follow the steps below:
- Click Quality on the left hand side navigation bar
- Click Written Questions
- Search for the bank of questions using the Select Owner filter
- Click title of the written questions
- Click Take Ownership
- Click OK
The bank of questions will now appear in your list of Centre question banks and can be used by any assessor.
