Overview
Turnitin integration allows plagiarism checks within OneFile.
Important: Contact your OneFile Account Manager before enabling this integration.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
Steps to Enable Turnitin Integration
- Click Centre in the navigation menu.
- Click Integrations.
- Click Go to Integrations.
- Click Configure next to Turnitin.
- Enter the following details:
- Tenant URL
- Turnitin Domain
- API Key
- Click Test Configuration to verify the connection.
- Tick Enable.
- Click Save.
API Key & URL
- The API Key and Tenant URL are provided by Turnitin.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| Test Configuration fails | Check API Key and Tenant URL provided by Turnitin. |
| Integration not saving | Ensure all required fields are completed before clicking Save. |
