Reporting on Unmatched BKSB Accounts

Overview

This report helps Centre Managers identify learners whose Onefile accounts have not automatically matched to their BKSB accounts. Matching is based on verified email addresses, and unmatched accounts may prevent assessment data from appearing in the learner’s portfolio.

Who Can Use This Feature?

Centre Settings

No additional settings are required to run unmatched BKSB reports, but learner email addresses must be verified in Onefile for successful matching.


Steps to Run an Unmatched BKSB Accounts Report

Step 1: Open the Reports Area

  • Click Reports in the navigation bar.

Step 2: Locate the BKSB Report

  • Scroll to the Diagnostics section.
  • Click BKSB Live Unmatched.

Step 3: View Unmatched Accounts

You will see a table displaying the following information for each unmatched learner:

  • Learner ID
  • Last Name
  • First Name
  • Email Address

How Matching Works

  • Onefile automatically matches learners between the two systems when the email address is identical in both Onefile and BKSB.
  • The learner’s email address must be verified in Onefile to complete the match.
  • Once matched, BKSB assessment data will appear instantly on the learner’s BKSB tab within their portfolio.

✅ Tip: If a learner appears in the unmatched report, check whether their email is spelled correctly and verified in both systems.
