Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Enable Assessment Templates in the Eportfolio app

Overview

Assessment Templates can be made available in the Onefile Eportfolio App, allowing Assessors to create assessments on the go. This setting must be enabled on each template individually.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor

Steps to Enable Assessment Templates in the App

If logged in as a Centre Manager:

  1. Click Quality in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Assessment Templates.
  3. Click Create New Centre Template or open an existing template.
  4. Tick Available in mobile app.
  5. Click Save.

If logged in as an Assessor:

  1. Go to your homepage.
  2. Click Forms & Templates.
  3. Select Assessment Templates.
  4. Click Create New Assessment Template or open an existing template.
  5. Tick Available in mobile app.
  6. Click Save.

Tips & Notes

  • Templates not enabled for mobile will not appear in the Eportfolio App.
  • Assessors can only access templates they created unless promoted by a Centre Manager.
  • Centre Templates function across all Assessors and can be centrally managed.
