Creating an Enquiry Form

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Training Provider

To create an Enquiry Form:

  1. Click Form templates in the navigation menu
  2. Click New form template
  3. Select Learner Enquiry

Notes:

When creating a new form using the Learner Enquiry Workflow, the Following 3 fields will automatically be added to the form:

  • First Name
  • Surname
  • Email Address
