To enable SSO, please reach out to your Onefile Account Manager, who will discuss activation and confirm eligibility.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Centre Managers

Steps to Enable Single Sign-On

  1. Click the Centre icon.
  2. Click the Integrations icon.
  3. Click Go to Integrations.
  4. Click Add Single Sign-on App.
  5. Select your external application.
  6. Complete all mandatory fields.
  7. Click Save.

Once saved, a token will be generated. This token must be shared securely with the external application provider to complete the configuration.
