Resend Login Details on Onboarding

Overview

Admin users can resend login details to learners or their employers directly from the learner record. This is useful when a learner misplaces their onboarding email or an employer needs access to complete required onboarding tasks.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following role:

  • Admin
  • User

Steps

How to Resend Login Details

  1. Log in as an Admin.
  2. Click Learners from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the three dots next to the learner you need to resend details to.
  4. Select Resend to send the email to the learner, or select Resend to employer to send it to the employer.

Tips & Notes

  • If the learner or employer cannot find the email, ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
  • Ensure that the learner and employer email addresses are correct before resending.
  • Resent login details will include the learner’s access link for onboarding.
  • Users can only resend logins to assigned learners only.
