Overview
Admin users can resend login details to learners or their employers directly from the learner record. This is useful when a learner misplaces their onboarding email or an employer needs access to complete required onboarding tasks.

- Admin
- User
Steps
How to Resend Login Details
- Log in as an Admin.
- Click Learners from the left-hand menu.
- Click the three dots next to the learner you need to resend details to.
- Select Resend to send the email to the learner, or select Resend to employer to send it to the employer.
Tips & Notes
- If the learner or employer cannot find the email, ask them to check their spam/junk folder.
- Ensure that the learner and employer email addresses are correct before resending.
- Resent login details will include the learner’s access link for onboarding.
- Users can only resend logins to assigned learners only.
