Overview
Once an Assessment Plan has been signed off, it becomes locked to prevent further changes. If edits are required, the plan must be unlocked, which removes all signatures and makes the plan editable again. This ensures transparency and accountability when changes are made after sign-off.
Who Can Use This Feature?
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor and Trainee
What Happens When You Unlock a Plan?
- All signatures are removed.
- The plan becomes editable.
- The Assessor receives a task notification explaining that the plan has been unlocked and can now be edited or deleted.
Steps to Unlock an Assessment Plan
- Navigate to the Learner’s Portfolio.
- Click the Pending Plans icon in the Information & Options section.
- Select Completed from the filter in the top-right of the page.
- Click the Title of the plan you want to unlock.
- Click the Padlock icon located in the top-right of the plan.
- Select the Assessor who the plan should be unlocked to.
- Enter a reason for unlocking.
- Click Unlock.
After Unlocking
- The Assessor will receive a task notification.
- They can now edit or delete the plan as required.
