Unlocking Assessment Plans

Overview

Once an Assessment Plan has been signed off, it becomes locked to prevent further changes. If edits are required, the plan must be unlocked. Unlocking removes all signatures and makes the plan editable again, ensuring transparency and accountability whenever changes are made after sign-off.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

What Happens When You Unlock a Plan?

  • All signatures are removed.
  • The plan becomes fully editable.
  • The Assessor receives a task notification informing them that the plan has been unlocked and can now be edited or deleted.

  1. Navigate to the Learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click the Pending Plans icon in the Information & Options section.
  3. Select Completed from the filter in the top-right of the page.

  5. Click the Padlock icon located in the top-right of the plan.
  6. Select the Assessor the plan should be unlocked to.

After Unlocking

  • The Assessor will receive a task notification.
  • They can now edit or delete the plan as required.
