Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Reduced Support Availability: 8th–9th July 2026

Just to let you know, our team will be attending the Harris Computers all-company meeting on 8th and 9th July 2026, so we won't be as responsive as usual during this time.

You can still access our help guides at any time — just search the Help Centre to find the answers you need. Otherwise, you can submit a ticket and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

If your issue is urgent, please set the priority accordingly so we can prioritise it on our return.

Thanks for your patience!

What is a Visit?

Overview

A Visit is used to schedule when an Assessor will next contact a learner. Visits help structure learner support and ensure clear expectations around planned activities. During a Visit, the Assessor may:

  • Create a Plan
  • Start a Review
  • Complete an Assessment

Visits help maintain consistent communication and ensure learners understand when to expect guidance or check‑ins.

Accessing the Visits Icon

  1. Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click Visits under the Activity tab.

Tips & Notes

  • Visits scheduled via Reviews will appear automatically in the Onefile Calendar.
  • Assessment Plans allow you to set a Next Planned Visit manually.
  • Using Visits consistently helps both learners and Assessors stay organised.
