Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Edit a completed Review

Overview

If a review needs to be changed after it has been signed, it must first be unlocked. Once unlocked, the selected user can edit the review, and it will need to be re-signed after changes are complete.

Who Can Use This Feature?

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor and Trainee

Centre Settings

No additional centre settings are required to unlock a signed review.


Steps to Unlock a Signed Review

Step 1: Navigate to the Learner’s Portfolio

  • Open the portfolio of the learner whose review you need to unlock.

Step 2: Open the Reviews Section

  • Click Reviews under the Information & Options heading.

Step 3: Select the Review

  • Open the review you want to unlock.

Step 4: Unlock the Review

  • Click the padlock icon in the top-right corner.
  • Select the user you want to unlock the review to.
  • Add a reason for unlocking.
  • Click Unlock.

Once unlocked, a task is sent to the selected user. They will be able to edit the review and will need to re-sign it once changes are completed.

✅ Tip: Include a clear reason when unlocking a review to help the user understand what needs updating.
