Eportfolio Software Update: Tuesday 19th May 2026 7am to 7:30am

Tuesday, 19th May 2026, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Reschedule and Cancel Visits

Overview

There may be times when either you or your learners are unable to attend a scheduled Visit. Visits can be rescheduled or cancelled directly from the learner’s calendar in Onefile Eportfolio to keep records accurate and up to date.

User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor

How to Reschedule a Visit

  1. Access the Learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click the Visits icon.
  3. Click the Visits tab.
  4. Click Reschedule.
  5. Amend the date and times.
  6. Enter the reason for rescheduling.
  7. Click Accept.

How to Cancel a Visit

  1. Access the Learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click the Visits icon.
  3. Click the Visits tab.
  4. Click Cancellation.
  5. Enter the reason.
  6. Click Accept.
