Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Why Hasn’t a Task Been Marked as Complete?

Overview

Sometimes tasks may not automatically mark as complete even after you’ve completed them. This can happen for several reasons.

Common Reasons

  • Drop in internet connection during task completion.
  • The assessment task was clicked before the feedback task on the same assessment.
  • The task was actioned through a different route instead of clicking on the task.
  • IQA sampling tasks need to be manually completed.

How to Mark a Task as Complete

  • Click Hide next to the task.

Troubleshooting

If you cannot see the Hide button, contact your training provider for assistance.
