Reassigning tasks

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessor
  • Trainee Assessor
  • Internal Quality Assurer

To reassign a task, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Tasks
  2. Click View All
  3. Click Reassign Task
  4. Select the user you wish to send the task too
  5. Add comments or instructions
  6. Click Reassign Task 

The user you are reassigning the task to must be assigned to the learner
