Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Updating Your Profile Information

Overview

You can update your profile details — including your name, contact information, and email preferences — directly through your account settings. Some fields may be restricted depending on your Centre’s configuration and cannot be edited by individual users.

How to Update Your Profile

Access Your Profile

  1. Click your Name in the top‑right corner of your screen.
  2. Select Profile.

Update Details

  1. Edit or enter your profile information as required.
  2. Click Save to apply your changes.

Important Notes

  • If you see a message stating your forum alias is not unique, scroll to the bottom of the page and update your alias until it is unique.
  • After updating your main profile information, click the Email Preferences tab to update your email address or email notification settings.

Disabled Fields

Some profile fields may appear disabled. This is controlled by your Centre Manager, who can restrict editing on certain fields.

✔️ Tip: Always review your Email Preferences after updating your profile to ensure you continue receiving important notifications.
