Not receiving emails from OneFile

If you're not receiving any emails from OneFile and you are using an email address provided by your employer, your email server may be blocking the OneFile domain.

We would advise you to contact your internal IT team and ask them to whitelist the following email addresses:

  • Alerts@onefile.co.uk
  • Passwordreminder@onefile.co.uk
  • Dailydigest@onefile.co.uk
  • Verification@onefile.co.uk

If you use a private email address, we advise adding the above to your whitelist. If you're not sure how to do this, please contact the company you created the email address with IE Google if you use a @googlemail or @gmail address.
