Overview
Different types of Onefile emails contain links that expire after a set period of time. This guide explains how long each link remains active and what to do if the link has expired.
Who Can Use This Information?
This applies to all Onefile users who receive system-generated emails.
Centre Settings
No additional centre settings are required. Email expiry times are set by Onefile.
Email Link Expiry Times

| Account Creation (when Keychain auto‑create/link is enabled) | One week | Reset your password |
| Email Verification | 24 hours |
If the Resend Email button isn’t visible but a tick appears in the "Verified" column, your email is already verified. |
| Password Reminder | 1 hour | Reset your password |
| RPL Account Set Up and Verification | One week | Reset your password |
✅ Tip: If you're expecting an email but haven't received it, check your spam folder and ensure @onefile.co.uk email addresses are whitelisted.
