Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

Updating Your Profile Information

Overview

You can update your profile details, including your name, contact information, and email preferences, directly from your account settings. Some fields may be restricted by your Centre Manager.

Steps to Update Your Profile

  1. Access Your Profile

    • Click on your name in the top-right corner.
    • Click Profile.
  2. Update Details

    • Enter or edit your profile information.
    • Click Save.

ℹ️Important Notes

  • If you see a message stating your forum alias is not unique, scroll to the bottom of the screen and change your alias until it is unique.
  • After updating your main profile page, click the Email Preferences tab at the top of the page to update your email address and preferences.

Disabled Fields

Some fields may be disabled. This is controlled by your Centre Manager, who can restrict updates to certain profile information.


Tip: Always review your email preferences after updating your profile to ensure you receive important notifications.
