Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Updating Your Profile Information

Overview

You can update your profile details, including your name, contact information, and email preferences, directly from your account settings. Some fields may be restricted depending on the permissions set by your Centre Manager.

Who Can Use This Feature?

All OneFile users can update their own profile information, although some fields may be locked by Centre settings.

Centre Settings

Your Centre Manager may restrict access to certain profile fields, preventing changes to specific information.


Steps to Update Your Profile

Step 1: Access Your Profile

  • Click your name in the top‑right corner of the screen.
  • Select Profile.

Step 2: Update Your Details

  • Edit any fields that are available to you.
  • Click Save.

Important Notes

  • If you receive a message stating that your forum alias is not unique, scroll to the bottom of the Profile page and change your alias until it becomes unique. 
  • After saving your main profile details, click the Email Preferences tab to update your email address and notification settings.

Disabled Fields

If certain fields are greyed out, it means your Centre Manager has disabled updates for those fields.

✅ Tip: Always review your email preferences after updating your profile to ensure you continue receiving important system notifications.
