Logging out update!

From Thursday 7th March 2024, we're making some small changes to how user accounts linked to a keychain log out. More information on logging out can be found here.

How do I update my Profile information?

To update your profile information, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile
  3. Enter your profile details
  4. Click Save

You may see the message below when trying to update your profile:

If this message appears, please change your forum alias at the bottom of the screen until the alias is unique.


Once you've updated your main profile page, remember to click on the Email Preferences tab at the top of the page to enter/update your email address and email preferences.

Disabled Fields

Please be aware that some fields may be disabled, as your Centre Manager can you from updating them.
