Uploading Evidence Without Attaching to an Assessment

Overview

This guide explains how users can upload evidence directly to a learner’s portfolio without linking it to a specific assessment.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • All users with access to the learner’s portfolio 

Steps to Upload Evidence

To upload evidence:

  1. Navigate to the learner's portfolio.
  2. Click the Assessment Evidence icon.
  3. Click Select Files or drag and drop files into the upload area.
  4. Choose the file from your desktop.
  5. Optionally, rename the file or select a folder.
  6. Click Save.
