Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

What file types can be uploaded to OneFile Eportfolio?

Overview

Onefile Eportfolio supports a wide range of file types for uploading evidence, including documents, images, audio, video, and compressed files. The full list of supported file types can be viewed directly within your account.

To see all supported file types, log into your Onefile Eportfolio account and click here (link available to users when logged in).

Tips & Notes

  • Unsupported file types cannot be uploaded and will display an error message.
  • File size limits may apply depending on Centre Settings and upload restrictions.
  • If a file type is not accepted, try converting it to a common format such as PDF, JPG, or MP4.
