Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

Exporting and Importing ILPs

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Managers

  Permissions

Design and assign forms

Exporting an ILP

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click ILP Versions
  3. Click Import/Export Wizard
  4. Select which ILP you want to export
  5. Click Export

Importing an ILP

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu
  2. Click ILP Versions
  3. Click Import/Export Wizard
  4. Click Choose File and select the file from your saved location
  5. Click Upload

Importing an ILP

Your ILP can be exported from your live centre into your practice centre and vise versa. Any forms linked to the ILP will also be imported.
