User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Managers
- Assessor with permissions
- Internal quality assurer with permissions
Permissions
Can manage learner accounts
Assign to multiple learners
- Click Centre on the left navigation bar
- Click ILP Versions
- Click Learners next to ILP
- Use filters to show learners
- Select Learners
- Under Selection an option choose Assign this form to selected learners
- Click Action
Assigned to single learner
- Click Users on the left navigation bar
- Click Learners
- Click Episodes
- Click Episode
- Under Assign an ILP to this learner select the ILP
- Click Save
The ILP will now appear within the progress section of the learner's portfolio.
