How to Reschedule and Cancel Visits

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Assessors
  • Trainee Assessor

There may be times when either you or your learners are unable to attend a Visit and this will need to be either rescheduled or cancelled from your Calendar. 


Reschedule a visit

To re-schedule a Visit please follow the below steps:

  1. Access the Learners portfolio
  2. Click Visits icon
  3. Click  Visits tab
  4. Click Reschedule
  5. Amend date and times
  6. Enter the reason
  7. Click Accept
Cancel a visit
To cancel a Visit please follow the below steps:
  1. Access the Learners portfolio
  2. Click Visits icon
  3. Click Visits tab
  4. Click Cancellation
  5. Enter the reason
  6. Click Accept
