Correcting a reported issue within an Enrol form

Overview

If a Training Provider reports an issue within a form, the Learner or Employer will need to correct the highlighted fields before resubmitting. This ensures all form data is accurate and ready for approval.

User Roles

This feature can be used by:

  • Learner
  • Employer

Steps to Correct a Reported Issue

  1. Edit the highlighted field(s) that were flagged as incorrect.
  2. Click Confirm details.
  3. Click Review form.
  4. Click Submit Form.
  5. Tick the confirmation box to verify that the amendments you made are correct.
  6. Click Submit.

Tip

If you need to make additional changes before submitting, click Edit instead of Submit.

Tips & Notes

  • Only the fields flagged by the Training Provider need to be corrected.
  • Ensure all changes are fully reviewed before submitting — once submitted, the form returns to the Training Provider.
  • If a field is not editable, it may be controlled by workflow permissions.
