Overview
Training Providers can resend a form to an Employer if the original link was not received or needs to be reissued. This ensures the Employer can complete their section of the form without the need to recreate it.
User Roles
This feature can be used by:
- Training Provider
Steps to Resend a Form to an Employer
- Click Review forms in the left-hand navigation.
- Locate the relevant form.
- Click Resend Mail.
The Employer will receive a new email containing the link to complete their section of the form.
Tips & Notes
- Ask the Employer to check their spam or junk folder if the email does not arrive.
- Ensure the Employer’s email address is correct before resending.
- Resending a form does not overwrite any previously completed information.
