Overview
If you need to reset the password for your External Quality Assurer (EQA) account, follow the steps below. You will be able to log back in using the email address linked to your EQA profile.
Steps to Reset Your EQA Password
- Go to the Onefile login page and click Forgot Password.
- Enter your email address linked to your EQA account.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email.
- Select the correct reset link:
- Under Eportfolio, click the link under External Verifier, or
- If you normally log in with your keychain address, click the reset link under Keychain.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Change Password.
Important Information
The centre or training organisation name shown beside External Verifier/External Quality Assurer in the reset email is the first provider you were originally assigned to. You can still access all your assigned providers through the same login.
You’re All Set
You can now log in to your EQA account using your new password.
