On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

To reset your password, follow the steps below:

Go to the Password Reset page
Enter the email address linked to your account(s)
Click Continue
Open the email in your inbox from Passwordreminder@onefile.co.uk
Click on Click here to reset your password
Enter new password
Enter the new password again
Click Change Password

You'll now be able to log in using your new login details.
