Report on unmatched Cognassist accounts

Overview

The Cognassist Unmatched report allows Centre Managers to identify learners in Onefile Eportfolio who have not yet been matched to a corresponding learner record in Cognassist. This report is useful for resolving matching issues and ensuring assessment data can be synchronised correctly.

Steps

How to Run the Cognassist Unmatched Report

  1. Click Reports in the navigation bar.
  2. Locate the Diagnostics section.
  3. Click Cognassist Unmatched.

The report will display all learners in Onefile Eportfolio who have not been matched to a corresponding learner in Cognassist.

Tips & Notes

  • Use this report to identify mismatches caused by incorrect or missing data (e.g., email address, date of birth, postcode).
  • Learners must have a verified email address or a matching NINO for automatic matching to succeed.
  • Matching can take place during the hourly Match Skills Forward Users process once details are corrected.
