Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Log into your EQA account

Overview

External Quality Assurers (EQAs) can access their Onefile Eportfolio account using the Keychain. Follow the steps below to log in and select the provider you need to review.

Steps

How to Log Into Your EQA Account

  1. Navigate to the Onefile login page (or click the link provided by your organisation).
  2. Enter your Email Address.
  3. Enter your Password.
  4. Click Login.
  5. Click on your Account Tile to open your Keychain profile.
     
  6. Select the Provider you want to access.
     

Tips & Notes

  • If you are an EQA for multiple providers, each will appear as a separate tile.
  • If a provider is missing, contact the provider’s Centre Manager so they can grant or update your account access.
  • If you cannot log in, make sure your account is protected and linked correctly in the Keychain.
