Reset your MFA login

Overview

If you are unable to log in due to Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA) issues, you can reset your authentication settings directly from your Onefile Keychain. Once reset, you will be prompted to set up MFA again during your next login.

User Roles

This process can be completed by:

  • All Onefile Eportfolio users

Steps

How to Reset Your MFA Login

  1. Log in to your Keychain using your email address and password.
  2. Click Keychain Settings.
  3. Select Reset Authentication.

Your MFA setup will now be cleared. The next time you log in, you will be prompted to register your MFA method again.

Tips & Notes

  • If you cannot log in to the Keychain at all, contact your Centre Manager for assistance.
  • After resetting, ensure you have access to your chosen MFA device (e.g., phone app or email).
  • Resetting MFA does not affect any linked accounts or Keychain permissions.
