How do I set up an EV/ EQA on my Centre?

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

To request access, email support@onefile.co.uk with the following information: 

  • The EQA name
  • The EQA email address
  • The awarding body that the EQA works for 
  • Name of your OneFile Centre 

Once recieved:

  1. A member of OneFile will then contact the EQA for confirmation that we can process their data in order to comply with GDPR requirements

  2. The EQA must provide OneFile with written consent to perform this action

  3. OneFile will then create the account or link the Centre onto an existing account 

  4. We'll let you know once complete

  5. You will need to assign the EQA to learners using the Allocations tab on the Users page

Correct Information

any EQA request without the correct information or confirmation cannot be actioned
