User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- Assessor with permission
Permissions
VLE Tutor
OneFile Courses can be shared between Centres by using the steps below:
- Click Courses in the navigation bar
- Click Course in question
- Click the arrow (share) icon in the top-right - this opens a Share Course pop-up box
- Click Copy next to your code
- Click Done
You can now share this code to another centre or another training provider.
Once logged into the centre you want to import the course, follow the steps below:
- Click Courses in the navigation bar
- Click Import
- Paste the share code
- Click Next, an overview of the Course will appear
- Click Next
- Click Go to Course
Imported Courses
- The Course can now be amended or published before being assigned to your learners
- Please note that Courses created in the Practice area can't be shared to the Live area, or vice-versa
