Upcoming Software Update: Enrol and RPL

On Thursday, 4th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol and RPL.

Full details of the changes can be found in the release notes below:

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief Eportfolio service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Scheduled Maintenance Notice - Thursday, 4 June 2026

Scheduled maintenance will be carried out on Onefile this evening.
When: 21:00 - 21:30

During this time, Onefile will be temporarily unavailable.

What you need to do:
Please make sure you log out before 21:00, as any unsaved work may be lost. You’ll be able to log back in as soon as the maintenance is complete.

Placement Attachments

Overview

The Placement Attachments feature allows you to upload documents related to a learner’s placement, such as health and safety files, insurance documents, or other supporting evidence.

Who Can Use This Feature?

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Assessor (with permission)

Permissions Required

  • Can manage placement documents

Steps

Adding Placement Attachments (Centre Manager or User Manager)

  1. Click Centre in the navigation menu.
  2. Click Placements.
  3. Select the Placement you want to add an attachment to.
  4. Under Placement Documents, click Select Files and choose the file.
  5. (Optional) Select a Document Category.
  6. (Optional) Enter an Expiry Date.
  7. Click Update.

Adding Placement Attachments (Assessor)

  1. Navigate to the learner’s Portfolio.
  2. Click Placement under Information & Options.
  3. Under Placement Documents, click Select Files and choose the file.
  4. (Optional) Select a Document Category.
  5. (Optional) Enter an Expiry Date.
  6. Click Update.

Tips & Notes

  • Attachments become available immediately after upload.
  • Document categories can help organise and filter placement files.
  • Expiry dates are useful for time‑sensitive documentation such as insurance certificates.
