How to change the publish option of a Custom Form

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

  Permissions

Design and assign forms

To change the publish option of an existing form, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Click Centre 
  2. Click Forms 
  3. Click the form name 
  4. Click Publish: On 
  5. Select the required publish option
  6. Click Save

  Top Tip

If the form is assigned to any existing learners, please unassign and assign the form back to the learners, in order to update the publish option.
