Upcoming Software Update: Enrol Onboarding

On Thursday, 18th June 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of improvements to Enrol Onboarding.

Edit a Engage metric

Overview

Metrics can be customised to reflect how your Centre calculates learner risk and performance. Admin users can update bandings, weighting, maximum values and risk values to tailor metric behaviour within Onefile Engage.

Steps

How to Edit a Metric

  1. Click Metrics on the left-hand navigation bar.
  2. Click on the title of the metric you would like to edit.
  3. Click Edit metric.
  4. Update the bandings as required.
  5. Select the weighting you want the banding to have.
  6. Adjust the max value and risk value as needed.
  7. Click Save.

Tips & Notes

  • Changes apply immediately across all dashboards and reports.
  • Ensure metric updates align with your Centre’s quality or compliance requirements.
  • Only Admin users can edit metric configurations.
