Overview
The Activity Log report keeps a full record of system deletions, including deleted learner portfolios. Centre Managers can use this report to see when a portfolio was deleted, who deleted it, and which learner the deletion relates to.
Steps
How to Check if a Learner Portfolio Has Been Deleted
- Click Reports in the navigation bar.
- Scroll to the Centre Reports section.
- Click Activity Log.
- Change the Activity Category to Deletions.
- Set the required Date Range.
- Click Submit.
The report will display:
- The user who deleted (flagged) the learner portfolio
- The learner’s name
- The learner’s Onefile User ID
Tips & Notes
- Use date filters to narrow down the timeframe if you know when deletion may have happened.
- The Activity Log is the only place where deletion events are recorded for audit purposes.
- Deletion entries cannot be removed and remain visible for compliance and tracking.
