Eportfolio Mobile App Update

Our newest mobile app update is now available, Grab your free download now!

Important Update

Support for the old OneFile Eportfolio app (yellow icon) ends on 28th February 2025. To avoid losing access or data, please ensure the app has synced, then uninstall it and download the new OneFile Eportfolio app (blue icon) from the Google Play or Apple App Store.

Create a new Learner portfolio

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • User Manager
  • Internal Quality Assurer with permission
  • Assessor with permission

  Permissions

Manage learner accounts


Centre Manager/User Manager Assessor
  1. Click Users in the navigation menu
  2. Click the Learner tab
  3. Click Create Learner
  4. Enter the details of the Learner
    • First Name and Last Name are mandatory, but we strongly recommend you enter an Email Address 
  5. Pick the Default Assessor, Placement, Class and Framework Template (if appropriate)
  6. Click Create
The user will automatically be emailed a link to create a password for their new Keychain, or confirmation that the account has been linked to an existing Keychain
