User Roles
This feature can be used by the following user roles:
- Centre Manager
- User Manager
You can bulk assign learners by following the steps below:
- Click Users in the navigation menu
- Click the Allocations tab
- A list of all learner in your Centre will appear, but you can filter using the drop-down lists
- Tick the checkbox next to learners you want to assign a user to (clicking Select in the column heading will tick all checkboxes)
- Scroll to bottom of the page
- Click which user you would like to assign to the learner(s) from the available drop-down lists
- Click Submit
