Logging in with Microsoft

Overview

You can log into OneFile using your Microsoft 365 account via Azure Active Directory. This allows you to access your Onefile Keychain using your Microsoft credentials for a seamless login experience.

Requirements

  • A Microsoft 365 account linked to your organisation.
  • Your Microsoft 365 email address must match the email address used to create your Keychain.

Steps to Log in with Microsoft

If You Don’t Have a Keychain

  1. Navigate to the Onefile login page.
  2. Click Microsoft.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  4. Allow access to authenticate with OneFile.
  5. A Keychain will now be created and linked to your Microsoft 365 account.

If You Already Have a Keychain

  1. Navigate to the Onefile login page.
  2. Click Microsoft.
  3. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  4. Allow access to authenticate with OneFile.
  5. You can now log into your Keychain using your Microsoft 365 credentials.

Next Steps

After logging in, you need to add your account(s) to your Keychain.

Linking Your Microsoft 365 Account to Your Keychain

  1. Log into your Keychain.
  2. Click Personal Details in the navigation menu.
  3. Click Connect with Microsoft.
  4. Enter your Microsoft 365 login details.
  5. Allow access to authenticate with OneFile.

⚠️ Important: This will only work if your Microsoft 365 email address matches the email address used to create your Keychain.


Tip: Using Microsoft login simplifies access and reduces password management issues.
