Eportfolio Software update: Wednesday, 25 February 2026 7am - 7:30am

Wednesday, 25 February 2026, we'll be updating Eportfolio to introduce a range of new enhancements.

Scheduled Downtime: Please note that there will be a brief service interruption between 7:00 and 7:30 AM on the day of the update.

Action required: To avoid any data loss, make sure you're logged out and have saved all work before 7:00am.

Why can't I unlock an Assessment

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager
  • Assessor
  • Internal Quality Assurer 
Unit Summary has been signed off
  1. Navigate to Learner portfolio
  2. Click unit title
  3. Click  Padlock on top right of your screen
  4. Select Assessor
  5. Add reason for unlocking
  6. Click Unlock
The assessment has been signed off by the Internal Quality Assurer 
This can only be resolved by a Centre Manager
  1. Navigate to Learner portfolio
  2. Open Assessment
  3. Click onto Padlock
  4. Select IQA's name
  5. Add reason for unlocking
  6. Click Unlock

The Assessor can then unlock the Assessment to themselves to make any changes
