Upcoming System Update: Eportfolio & Learning Journal

On Wednesday 21st January 2026, we’ll be rolling out a series of enhancements and fixes to Eportfolio.

Class Form Delegate

  User Roles

This feature can be used by the following user roles:

  • Centre Manager

  Permissions

Assign Permissions to other users

A Class Form Delegate is a user who is assigned to a class and is able to create and sign Learner Template Forms. For example, you could give a centre monitor the Class Form Delegate user permission. This will then display them in the drop down list in the Class Form Delegate menu. This user will receive all tasks to sign off these forms for learners in the class.  

To grant a user the permission of Class Form Delegate, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Navigate to the user account 
  2. Click Permissions 
  3. Scroll to Class Form Delegate 
  4. Select Grant under User Setting
  5. Click Save 

To assign a class form delegate, please follow the below steps: 

  1. Click Quality in the left-hand navigation
  2. Click Classes
  3. Click Class Name
  4. Click Select a Monitor 
  5. Select the class for delegate 
  6. Click Save
